Delivery
& Shipping Information

Delivery Process
We have a contract with a white-glove delivery company
that specializes in handling and delivering home furnishings.
Our delivery service picks up from our vendors and brings your
product to one of (over) 120 Hubs throughout the 48 states where
your order is carefully inspected through a customized quality
control process, then blanket wrapped and delivered to your home
in trucks made to carry home furnishings. Delivery charges are
based upon the weight of the furniture as well as the delivery
location.
Shipping
Beautiful Rooms uses professional furniture movers to deliver
to our out-of-state customers. The delivery service will call
you when a delivery date is set which is determined by your location.
Each shipment is fully insured. The delivery person(s) will set
up your new furniture in your home. They do not hang mirrors,
etc. Existing furniture should be removed from the room prior
to delivery.
**Cribs are the only furniture that cannot be set up due to liability
purposes.
Delivery Schedules:
8-10 Weeks on the East Coast
10-12 Weeks on the West Coast

*Beautiful Rooms cannot assume any responsibility for items that
do not fit in the home. Nor can Beautiful Rooms assume any responsibility
for damages incurred during in-home, common carrier or UPS delivery.
We do not anticipate any difficulties with your delivery. However,
Beautiful Rooms stresses that the customer should inspect each
item and note any damages or problems on the bill of lading at
the time of delivery. If nothing is noted, the delivery will be
considered as ‘All items were received in good condition’
and the customer’s signature on the bill of lading will
release the carrier and Beautiful Rooms from any further liability
on the delivery.
